Account Verification Issues

The verification email did not receive.

  • Please make sure to check both your inbox and spam/junk folders for the registered email address.

  • Verification emails may experience delays, so We recommend to waiting a little while when attempting to verify your account. Please do not forget to check your inbox periodically.

  • In case, the verification email hasn't arrived within a reasonable timeframe, please contact us. Please send us an email with the following details:

    • Your Full Name
    • Registered Email Address

    Our support team will swiftly verify your account details and assist you through the verification process.

If you were unable to verify your account because the verification link has expired, you can contact us, so that we can resolve this issue.


Forgot my Password.

If you have forgotten or lost your password, you can follow the steps below:

  1. Use the Password Reset Link: Initiate the password reset process by clicking "Forgot My Password" in our console.

  2. Enter Your Email Address: Verify your registered email address and ensure the delivery of the password reset link.

  3. Check Your Email: Check both your inbox and spam/junk folder for the registered email address and locate the email containing the password reset link.

  4. Reset Your Password: Click on the password reset link or follow the provided instructions to set a new secure password.


Forgot my email address.

If you have forgotten the email address associated with your account, please note that, for security reasons, we are unable to provide direct access to account credentials.

However, you have the option to create a new account with a different email address. Please be aware that creating a new account will not allow you to transfer any information from your previous account.

To proceed with a new account registration:

  1. Visit our registration page.
  2. Sign up using a different email address than the one you've forgotten.
  3. Complete the registration process with the new email.

Please note that any data or information associated with the previous account will not be accessible from the new account.


Want to change my email.

As part of our security measures, the email address associated with your account serves as a primary credential. Currently, it is not possible to change the email address. The email address is a critical component of your account information, and its stability is crucial for the security and integrity of your account.

If you have a compelling reason to change your email address, we recommend reaching out to our support team. Please be prepared to provide additional verification details to ensure the security of your account.


Cannot access my account.

If you believe you know your account password, but it isn’t accepted, try these steps:

  • Make sure you’re typing lowercase and uppercase letters correctly.
  • Click the show my password icon in our console, so you can see that you’ve entered it correctly.
  • If you use more than one language on your system, make sure you use the correct keyboard layout when entering your password.
